6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. 7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
This scripture reminds us that we do not have to carry the weight of the world on our shoulders. We have someone that we carry it for us. We can cast it all on Jesus. We do not have to be imprisoned in worry. Just let go and let God be the burden bearer. So we can go onto enjoy the life that Jesus gave us to enjoy.
Do not worry. Stay free! We have a choice to do not let anxiety rule our lives.
